Moron Magnet - "Like Poles attract"

Well all of us know the meaning for Moron right!!?? In case u happen to have missed the word, a "moron" is a dumb or a stupid person. So what or who is a "moron magnet"?? The meaning is quite obvious isn't it? A moron magnet is someone who attracts morons, as simple as it can get. The word "magnet" can be quite misleading and the presence of this word makes many intelligent (Duh) people calling themselves "MORON MAGNETS". Now why is the word 'magnet' misleading?? Magnets attract, but its unlike poles which attract in the physical magnet. And this property of magnetism makes it quite fashionable and attractive for the usage of this phrase. Isn't this usage justified? And ain't I being a big moron saying "Like poles attract"??
Well its very true that this property of magnetism holds really good in physical magnets, but, with respect to human magnets will the same law hold good. Now lets think of this scenario for a moment. We do make friends right? What do you think will be the criteria?? Compatibility, cohesiveness, ability to make adjustments to name a few. Now how possible or probable is it for two individuals with strikingly dissimilar likes and characteristics to strike a great, thick and close friendship and on the other side what will be the possibility or probability of two individuals with almost similar or complementing characteristics being best buddies?
Wanna think more. Lets take it to the next level. Would you want a life partner with very contrasting characteristics or would you prefer a guy/gal who complements your thoughts and lifestyle?
We all talk about matching wavelengths? With what kind of people do we expect matching wavelengths? Now if we are able to answer all the questions, it will give us a good idea about the characteristics of human magnets. Now I leave it to my readers to decide on whether I am justified in saying Moron Magnets - "Like Poles attract" after trying to think about the questions put forth previously. - The human attraction theory is very complex and i dealt only with the majority of cases. Don't start an argument citing few exceptions. I believe that i dealt with a fact in majority of cases and if you find this contradictory i am open for arguments.

1) It is not that moron attracts another moron. The stupidest man on earth will attract a common man rather than a moron... eg: Bean (May not be in real life) may even consider you. [:p]
2) "Like poles attract" --> Touch your heart and say... If you happen to meet a "gujili papa" and a "gujili mama" whom would you choose as your friend?
[consider both of them are of same wavelength]...

Apparam gujili papa and gujili mama na enna da? Well if there is same wavelength and there is compatability i can be friends with both. Whats wrong in friendship. theres no limit to numbers in frndship.

As your blog title says hypocrisy is one facet of humanity... stupidity is also one facet of humanity... but the degree of stupidity varies... So there is no wrong when stupidest person(U) is being attracted by not so stupid person(me).
I expected that answer from you...
Well you were least bothered about the comparison of their wavelength with yours... same way in relationships (except for wife) wavelengths are metastable...
you gotta get along with whomever you have to speak with.

Oh siddy siddy siddy. I write blogs only when i feel like writing irrespective of requests made. Thats why u see a long gap between my previous and this one. You expect better stuff! Its easily said dude. Since u said u expect better stuff. Give me suggestion as to how i can make things interesting or the type of topics u like to see. I always welcome someone being a critic. Be constructive. Give me some suggestions. If u want me to grow up. Help me doin it. I am sure i'll try to incorporate the good changes. If u are here only to cry loud. as you rightly said, i do call myself a Moron Magnet. but your reasoning and observations for the nickname I took on for MYSELF, for MY reasons, made for quite interesting reading.
your blogs (and comments) are like psychoanalysis test scenario responses. the person is given a situation and is asked to find out why something is happening - it reveals more about the person that about the thing he describes/analyzes..

Just the type of PS for ppl like moi. Even if those PS were not there, I wouldn't have typed what my line of thoughts on poles theory were here. I wud never again want to waste a day of my life fighting over blog posts and the blogger's perspective, especially not with you. I liked two things abt this blog post.

i feel that a stupid man attracts intelligent people(girls).u can find many examples in our college.as for the magnetic theory ,i beleive in attraction between unlike poles...how can life be interesting wen u dont have hot arguements with ur girl.

Hey Krishna...like you said, it surely was on a topic that interested me, but there seems to be a stark contrast in our opinions..all said and done, I wouldn't go for the like poles theory for moron magnets...its mostly unlike poles ;)

People are attracted to what best fills there needs. If one needs confrontation and a worthy adversary, then one will be attracted to such a person and thereby fulfill the need to battle while growing and further develop the skills to debate or confront. Attractions of the physical needs become less important.
Another may seek a person who is mild and will submit in order to maintain the need for dominance. This person will have the need for more physical contact, and so forth and so on.
What is motivating a person will dictate their needs, attractions, and ultimately the outcome of their conduct. The more dominant seeking, or the more ego driven will seek accordingly as the predator seeks his prey. Man by tradition, is a predator.
